I Can't Enter BGCLive.com Website!?

Question

Every time I try to go to BGClive it says .....

Reason:Hold Up. Site experiencing difficulties. using multiple accounts

Does this mean I was permanently banned or blocked? Why can't I log onto the site.. do I have to use another computer to log on?

What does this message mean
