I strongly feel that age appropriateness is important.
The ideal age gap is zero years.
Inside 5 years is safe. 6-9 years is a push. 10+ years is in poor taste.

Well i guess im in poor taste then as my partner is more then 10 years older then i am and we have a great relationship also and have been together going on 4 years now and with me age is just a dumb number we are given each year we are a live and means nothing to me so no i dont feel that age is important when finding a mate as love is blind and we all have diffrent taste in what we like and find attractive and i could care less about a guy my age i have always liked older men..

I think the same age or close to. someone 10 years younger would not understand the problems of being old.
