"Can an mtf trans women get an ftm trans guy pregnant?"

Both would have to be pre-op and NOT on hormone replacement therapy (HRT).

If either is on HRT the odds of pregnancy go down dramatically. Estrogen can make trans women sterile in as little as 6 months and testosterone usually shuts down a trans man's ovaries in a month or two (no more periods).

If either of them has FULLY transitioned then it's impossible. Once a person has fully transitioned they are permanently sterile. *

* Unless genetic material (sperm/eggs) was stored before to be used with a partner or surrogate.

Yes if prescribed hormones are not taken regularly. It's like birth control pills. Have to take them everyday to be effective. Can't miss a dose.

Did you mean to say "Can a man get a woman pregnant?"

Yes, though if they're taking hormones for any reason, I would advise against it, because it could potentially have adverse effects on the child.

Good luck, and don't screw anything up.

Short story. No. But if the MTF hasn't had surgery yet, Yes

Yep. Another situation where you can't really ignore biological reality.

If they're not on HRT, and if they can bring themselves to have PIV sex, it's possible that he could become pregnant.

Yes. So long as there is no post-op.
