LGBT: Longest walk you've ever done?

Question

I'm doing Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award practice expedition this weekend. I've never camped in my life, and I've never walked.
And suddenly, I'm on my own with some other imbeciles trying to carry 2st bags, walk 36km in 2 days in hot weather... UH OH!

MP: Camping, or not go away at all?!

The longest walk was 5 miles when I was on my exercise kick last year during my weight loss challenge. I love camping but, I'm still recovering from my last camping trip I took @ the end of May, I guess I won't be walking very far for a while, I'm still on crutches.

The longest walk I've done was about 20 miles when my piece of **** car broke down in the middle of NOWHERE. The longest run I've done was a half marathon (I'm working my way up to a full marathon, which I'm doing next summer), and the longest bike ride I've done was 50 miles.



MP: Camping! I love to camp. It sure beats staying in a hotel, and it's much cheaper too (or free if you know how and where to do it ;) haha)

My cross country team in high school did a fundraiser and we ran/walked 20 miles in a day. But on a normal practice day, we would run at least 10, sometimes 12, so it's not much more.

I don't know how far that is. Lol. I don't know how far I've walked either. Sorry. Probably a lot. Lol. While I was camping this weekend my friend and I went on a like 20 mile bike ride. Lol so yeah no walking recently.

The longest I've walked is round my school field three times. :D

I've never done camping or long walks either, haha. But I'm sure you'll be fine. Just do what everyone else does. You'll be fine. I hope you have fun.

a little over 100 miles in 4 days in the jungles of the philippine's, and several 1 day 20 mile force marches, in the mohave desert and iraq.

I walked from one town to another. You see, the thing about small, rural towns is that there's a whole, vast nothing that separates them. A friend and I followed the train tracks and it took the whole day.
