Lets say, a 19 year old female struggled with gender Identity issues her entire life. And was isolated from the outside world almost her entire life (forced by her parents), and therefore doesn't have any real life experiences. Is it possible for her to know she is in fact trans? This girl also grew up mostly around boys if that matters....

A transsexual person would still know they were transsexual if they were isolated on an island some where and had no contact with anyone nor had they ever.

That is because transsexualism is a biological condition, not a lifestyle nor a decision one suddenly makes for themselves. The only difference is that in my scenario (deserted island) the individual would not understand their transsexualism fully and treatment would not be available, but they would still be transsexual and suffer with dysphoria with the brain being mapped incorrectly to their anatomy.

Transsexuals' brains are physically structured as the sex opposite of the sex of the body. Regardless of life a person with this brain body swap will know that something is wrong. Being educated on that this is possible (from internet, people, etc.) can help tremendously of course and help the person realize much earlier in life.

Yes. Knowing your transgender doesn't really have anything to do with experience, it's what you feel inside. I knew because I've always disliked my body, not because of weight issues or because I think I'm ugly or anything, but because of the parts I have. I've never really thought of them as mine. When I look at myself in the mirror, I don't think of my reflection of myself unless I look like the guy I am and I've always just wanted to be 'one of the guys'. It's all about what you feel and you kind of just know.

It is possible to know everything in this life and not even be aware you knew so much about your life so to answer your question yes it is possible.

I think so. Being trans is so deep within you that you would probably know.
