i'd make it happen. before other people steal my idea. i've seen it happen so many times, its a real shame, i could be the one that's rich and successful. they just had resources and funds I don't have.
i can go to urban workshop or school to build my idea. there's a rapid prototyping class that i can take and i'd have access to a ton of resources and support to making my idea into a huge success. i can 3d print, i can mill, lathe, they can introduce me on how to do crowdfunding, how to market my invention, the patent process, etc. school's cheaper than urban workshop and other private workshops, its like $100 for 5 months of shop time and many resources vs $200 a month at urban workshop that only gives you the ability to make something.
old ideas taken by others:
'smart' sentry gun (two hs kids took it in 2004 and made it big, currently used on the korean dmz),
social networking people analyzer (fbi, nsa, dhs does that)
current ideas that i'm working on but have legal issues
threadless suppressor designs.
unjammable gun stuff
ideas that i don't have the resources to develop
laser taser- a wireless long range "lightning gun"
software for sentry guns and etc
hodge road app for mobile devices so people can shoot safely out there and know where everyone else is and what direction they're shooting in. when its a nice day in the desert alot of people are out there and i've seen many dangerous situations that can be easily resolved if there is an app so everyone can coordinate properly. if i knew how to program i'd make the app already and i could get the word out using calguns and other forums.
