Can someone please tell me where all the intelligent people in LGBT have gone? It seems today all the simpletons have come out to play on YA.. How many more people are going to say they are doing a paper on being gay or lesbian? What are we a science project?

There was at one point when the LGBTQ section of YA was filled with an interesting mixture of intelligent people and haters. Then the haters started abusing the system by reporting all those that are intelligent and visible, resulting in an exodus of many good folks. I've pretty much disappeared for a while and am recently coming back to see what's going on.

There are still the questions of "what do you think of..." or "am I gay" or the ever-popular, "I'm still inthe closet, help..." It's always interesting to see people's reactions.

I'd rather think of myself as enlightened rather than intelligent but...

This section has so much childish nonsense I am usually quick to leave. I, for one, am not a science project nor do I care if someone likes dildos or three ways with their boyfriend's girlfriend's donkey's best friend.

I have asked a few questions in the past two days, looking for real answers, I havent gotten very many.

Look at the questions I asked today, I placed it one in the LGBT and once in another catagory. 1 answerer, and it was a rude comment.

Where are the answerers?

Oh that means I may not be included in your list of intelligent people! Hmmm, maybe I should now go answer someone else's term paper.

I would be here more often if I didn't have rehearsals to attend.

Also I kind of wish more people would ACTUALLY write papers on gay/lesbian people.

If you want to play science project, I get to be the test subject!

i think it's good when people do research into being gay/lesbian. i do wish it was no big deal but there are a lot of stereotypes out there and i think it's good because research should eventually break them down.

I never mind when someone is trying to learn. The only way to fight ignorance is knowledge.
