why are butch lesbians so rude?

seriously, even when I say something nice (i never say anything rude btw), they are freaking rude or overly sensitive. but it's only butch lesbians. for example, I complimented on her car, I thought it was a sweet ride, she gave me a very stern "thanks" and walked away. if I had complimented someone else on their car, they would've loved to tell me more about it. but it's happened in other instances too.

They are only rude against normal people, not their own kind. They have an ax to grind and their nature is bitter and vengeful.

You happened to meet a couple of butch lesbians that YOU considered to be rude. "A stern 'thanks.'" Oh, poor baby. How many actual "rude" people are we talking about here? Two or three, maybe? Just one?



Listen: sometimes people have other things going on in their lives. This woman may have just found out she has a lump in her breast. Or her dog has died. Or you look like a girl who dumped her. There are any number of reasons that somebody might not be in the mood to respond to your flattery about their car. (Who knows. Maybe she just found out the car needs a thousand-buck transmission job.)



When you lump a whole group of people together and call them names, it sounds like you are the one with a chip on your shoulder.

lol you just happened to met some rude butch lesbians but on the other hand, i personally know a lot of them and they're nice. so? everyone's different. seems you're kinda sorta out of luck

Pardon a butch lesbian butting in, but I think this may be a case of the fill-in-the-blank thing. Rule of thumb: Whenever you find yourself thinking, "Gee, why are [fill-in-the-blank]s so ," you're not dealing with people, you've already made them into stereotypes. I'm a person, not a stereotype, and I'll bet that you (the woman who posted the question) are a person and not, for example, some misogynistic stereotype about women who share one or more characteristic with you. Just a thought. I apologize in advance if something I've said comes across as somehow untoward or impolite.

They def. are rude. I've been to multiple states and have never seen anything close to a nice butch. Every single one has thought they ruled the world and been complete *****, yelling at everyone in range of them. It's def. a thing with butch lesbians and it's def annoying.

Not all butch lesbians are rude. The ones who are are either unhappy with life or trying to act tough/cool but overdoing it.
