Question:
Why the hell would Atari release Pridefest?

What the ****. Atari, a company that once made Pong, Breakout, the 2600, and other goodies, now made this stupid game called Pridefest. ITS A ******* STUPID GAME. You thought ET was bad? Pridefest is even worse. Its a game about Gay people and why the **** would they do that? You know ET started the video crash of 1983? I have a feeling Pridefest is going to start the video game crash of 2014. I think they deserved to have the Atari Jaguar fail is because of this ******* stupid game. (Even though the Atari Jaguar came out 20 years before this piece of ****). **** YOU SHITARI !!! THIS IS THE REASON WHY ACTIVISION WAS CREATED. (You have to know the history of Activision to know what Im talking about). BECAUSE OF YOUR ******* STUPID PLANS. THIS IS WHY YOU GOT DEMOTED AS THE VIDEO GAME KING BY NINTENDO AND YOU DESERVE IT.

I don't think Atari is in any position to influence the video game industry anymore. Maybe if Nintendo, Sony, or Microsoft went under, or more likely all three of them as I'm sure the others would pick up the slack in a heartbeat, THEN maybe there would be cause for a alarm. You're trying to defend a company that's making things like the remix pack with Wendy's featuring classics like... Hashteroids. No joke. You shoot hashbrowns like in Asteroids. Atari needs help. If they get money for a game idea, at this point, they pretty much have to take it or get out of the business because they're about bankrupt and gone. Not sure what exactly Pridefest is about gameplay wise as I've never heard of it, but if you think it's bad just off the fact that it will have gay people in it then that's pretty weird. It's a freaking game, and it shouldn't matter anyway. Atari also doesn't have any big names really. Most of the biggest hits on the Atari 2600 are owned by other companies that probably released to arcades first, like with Pac Man, Donkey Kong, and I believe Space Invaders. Atari had their chance and they blew it by producing so many copies of games that couldn't possibly sell that well, being the horrible version of Pac Man which produced more copies than the actual number of systems made, and E.T. which was made in a very short time and mass produced as well. So the answer to your core question, why would Atari do this, is because they are getting money for it. That's the bottom line. They need money or they're dead.

you forgot your prozac

your fanboy colors are showing

and not just your fanboy colors it seems

nintendo hasnt been the "king" in a long long time ( they got dethroned first by sega and then

by sony )

and atari hasnt been atari anymore since they got bought out by the tramiels in 1984 ( how many years is that before you were born exactly ? )

the company has just been busy with a long slow suicide that finally came to a head in 1998 when they were bought by hasbro who then sold them to infogrames

and dont bring up the wii that was a flash in the pan and nintendo let the console die in its last2 years

the ps 3 and xbox 360 both hover around 80 million units sold

the atari you are railling against are the reanimated remains of infogrames

so care to explain the logic of comparing three unrelated long dead atari's products with the latest shuffeling remaines of infogrames who never was atari except in name only

not too mention your rather noxious tone towards gay people

and do tell everybody why pridefest would cause the crash of 2014

im sure eveyrbody wants to hear the vapid reasoning behind that
