I'm asking about Bottom FTM surgery..?

First, This is very important for me, I'm actually a teen girl who is legit stuck in a girl's body... I want to be a boy.. I've always suffered from the narrow minded society i live in, and how girls are surrounded by strict rules.. It's so shitty, besides that I really have a boy-ish caracter since i was born.... Anyways

I heard that Top surgeries work currently really good on females (lol I've seen some hot FTM dudes) But I'm not really sure about the bottom surgery. I have many questions, But I'll be glad if you could at least answer one of them ^_^
-1) Can FTM get hard? I've always wondered if FTM's can get a proper erection, n' stuff. does it really work?
-2) Do FtM feel pleasure And orgasm, Like a normal man does? Like real pleasure in sexual intercourse, Do they ejaculate/***/pre-***?
-3) Do FTMs have testicles/balls?
-4) what is the biggest size possible for an FTM? I heard they can be 5-6 inches long erect Is that true?

There are two main options for FtM bottom surgery, phalloplasty and metoidioplasty.



I am answering on the presumption that you would be on testosterone before lower surgery.



Phalloplasty:

1) You cannot get erect without erectile implants.

2) Yes, you can feel pleasure - not exactly the same as a cis male - as the organ that gives you pleasure (the clitoris) is in a different place most of the time. You cannot ejaculate as your body does not produce sperm, however you can still climax.

3) FtM's can choose to have testicular implants, but they are only for "show" - they are useless (except if you choose to have erectile implants - then a lot of the time the pump you use to make your penis erect will be implanted into one of the testicles).

4) The penis will always stay the same size, it will not get longer when erect. The sizes generally range from 4 inches to 7 inches.



Metoidioplasty:

1) Yes, you can get erect naturally with metoidioplasty.

2) Yes, but no ejaculation.

3) Yes, if they choose to have them - but the same applies, they won't be real - just for show.

4) Metoidioplasty size depends on how much your clitoris grows from testosterone. It is (on average) 1 inch to 3 inches, but 5 inches isn't unheard of.

I have no personal experience but here's what I know.

1) There are different kinds of implants guys can get which allows for erections.

2) That's a little more difficult to answer. The answer is it depends on what kind of surgery you get. Ejaculation isn't in the cards given current state of the art.

3) They're not real, but many guys get implants

4) Size is optional, and vaires. The most common kind of Phalloplasty is a free forearm graft, so how long is your forearm? Mr Happy won't be any longer than that.
