At no time was I informed of this being a Gay rights concert!!! I was not told until just now about proceeds from ticket sales going to the Human Rights campaign which is not Human rights, it is Gay rights, I am not saying Gays are not Humans, but if you say you support Human rights, it should include all Humans. I am pissed and feel I was misinformed until last minute after I bought tickets and now its too late to sale them. I am not against gay people, I just feel I mis informed and I do not want to go to this concert!!! I do not want to hear a performer talk their opinion, I paid to hear their music!!! I do dislike Rosie O'Donnell, which I just heard she joined last week. I am pissed and don't know what to do or where to go to get my money back!!!

Then don't go to the show... If you don't want to support gay rights, call up where ever you got the tickets from and complain to them for the money, as you only support human rights. It's not like WE are putting on the show and can give you your money back. good luck! :)

I don't understand how someone could feel bad for buying tickets that support someone else? That's a really sad statement on your part.

Go to the concert, you'll have a great time, I saw Cyndi Lauper (who opened for Cher) she was wonderful.

Cyndi has a sister that is gay, and if you go listen to her tell her ever so brief story you might be surprised at how uninformed she herself used to be.

If you are just too pissed to go and enjoy the show, place the tickets for sale on www.craigslist.com, I'm sure someone will buy them.

OMG...I can't believe you've missed ALL the advertising and promotion behind this concert tour.

You really are living a sheltered life if you didn't know that in advance to even deciding to purchase the tickets.

Plus...it's NOT the ticket agent's responsibility to tell the purchaser where the proceeds go...it's the purchasers responsibility to be INFORMED BEFOREHAND!

Sell your tickets on Ebay or Craiglist if you truly don't want to go...I'm sure someone will be MORE than willing to take them off your hands.

If that's the way you feel...then maybe it's best you don't go.

You are not only dumb, you're ignorant.

Do you feel better now?

This concert has been advertised all over the place as being affiliated with the HRC. Perhaps in the future you'll pay a bit more attention.

Just go, enjoy the music, and take the talking time for your restroom visit.

Gay people are humans! Ask Evan Kitteridges, Fred Martinezs, or Matthew Shepards families. Sheesh.

I got the letter from the HRC, I watched the video, I don't see the problem if you like the music but don't like the politics seems to me the problem is with you.

If the Human Rights campaign was used to save starving children in a foreign country, would that make you angry?

"Ok, call me dumb...I bought tickets to see Cyndi Lauper....?"

You are dumb. (only kidding I swear)

If you cannot sell the tickets, go ahead and attend. Just ignore anything you don't agree with and focus on enjoying the music.

Uh....they've been advertising the True Colors tour for gay rights for a few months now. Maybe you just didn't pay attention.

For all your talk about not hating gays, it sure sounds like they bother you enough to not want to go.

If you foud out all of a sudden that some profits were going to save stray puppies, would that bother you?
