Okay, if you're talking about "geeks" in school, they would be the kids that are very book smart. They also might not be very socially confident. You know, kind of reserved. I'm not sure if people considered me a geek or not in school. Some might have.
I do consider myself a geek now. I like science, science fiction, the internet...a lot of "geeky" things really. I'm not that good with computers, but I can figure things out if I try hard enough. I wear glasses. I've done so since I was 6 or 7. I don't really have any close friends, but I'm comfortable with myself. Problem is, I don't get out much. And I never really made any friends in high school because I was too busy being sick with bipolar disorder and severe anxiety. Most people who take the time to really meet me like me though. I'm very open-minded and honest. I love to laugh. I prefer the term "geek" to "nerd."

Back in my dads day a geek was someone in a side show like in a circus. Not a freek, which was also there as well. I think geeks went as far as biting of the heads of chickens and other animals.
Today a geek is someone who is really into ideas and has a wild imagination. Like a Treckie i would consider a geek.

They are all out of school now. I see them all the time. And you will to if you look real hard. They drive voltswagon beetles with a big GEEK SQAUD on the side. When you see one flip one the bird for me, they love that!!!

My wife. She knows everything and anything. She could tell you what RNA and DNA mean and what the words stand for from a sience class that she took 6 years ago.

basicly someone smart or is good with computers. we are different because of our dna which is used to let us adapt and evolve.
