Now, I'm 15 1/2 and I have been on spironolactone since July of 2010 (at 14).
My puberty hasn't progressed a whole lot, I have an increased muscle mass and a slightly deep voice, although I have not noticed any changes in bone structure.
This question probably gets redundant, but I have yet to find how the effects of estrogen would differ from a teenager than an adult.
I am set to start HRT on December 7.

The benefit of starting HRT at a young age isn't really about added feminization as much as it's about heading off masculine features that would otherwise be brought on by unmanaged puberty. BY doing it closer to puberty, you are minimizing facial and body hair growth, Adam's apple development, voice deepening, and scalp hair loss. The feminizing effects of estrogen such as breast development, skin softening, rounding of features, fat redistribution, etc. Will occur regardless of age when taking estrogen.

as with all hormonal effects, YMMV (your mileage might selection.) over the years, estrogen has a tendency to skinny out physique hair, and alter terminal hairs to vellus hairs. It additionally slows down the hair boost. Electrolysis on the completed torso may well be insanely high priced, time ingesting and painful. Laser is declared to artwork incredibly properly on physique hair, and can cover a larger section swifter, if someone desires to do away with it quickly. maximum folk basically shave/depilate, and permit the hormones time to do their activity.

This is not for here. It's more of a medical question. No one will get you a correct answer on this site. Check with your doctor.

Hmmm, you asked the exact same question six months ago.

If you are seeing a doctor for your spiro, why are you not asking the doctor these questions?
