Can you stop being GAY?

I have come to the realization that I may be gay and I DON'Twant to be. I don't dream of girls I dream of guys and not just spending time cuddling I'm talking about bottom and oral sex. I don't want to go any farther cuz I don't want it to be true but can't help but think I will really LOVE being with men.

Sorry darlin your sexuality is in your physical genetics and chromosomes, it's been scientifically proven in multiple studies. Why bum, though? From what I've heard gay sex is pretty great and boyfriends are sweet and fun :) don't mope, celebrate! You like men, yay! Honey, there's nothing wrong with having different preferences than most. You were born this way., there's no need to feel guilty or try to fight it. No matter what society thinks, you should always live up to who and what you are. Whether you're gay, or straight, you're a human being and people should just accept it.

If you truly believe you are gay, then you are gay.

Why don't you want it to be true? What it sounds like to me is you're afraid of what people would think. Liking the same sex sounds strange, and foreign to somebody born and raised in a generally 'straight' community, but there's nothing wrong with it.



Don't try to change it, and don't try to change yourself.

I used to hate it, I really did, I was afraid, but then I just said the words, I admitted who I was and you know what? it took years, like 3, and either though I masturbated to men and didn't feel good about it, I still did it, until that one night, and I felt so free, I felt really free, I actually like it now, I think it's like a part of my personality and it makes who I am. I'm out of the closet now, at 14, I accepted who I was at 13, and had thoughts and ideas since I was 9.

I don't believe so. I think sexual orientation is largely innate, and the extent that someone can "choose" is dependent upon the broadness of their attraction.



If someone is attracted to both men and women, then to a degree they can choose to only date members of a certain sex. Although if someone is only attracted to their own sex, they're going to have to come to terms with that.
