Can a lesbian fall in love with a straight guy?

Hi there hopefully I get enough opinions on this specially from anyone who's gay. I've asked my gay friends but they all have different opinions to this question.
So basically picture a handsome guy who's honest and everything he's the whole package if that makes sense haha. And he cares for a girl they're great friends.
Is there any possibility these two can end up together? I know you can't change someone I understand that but love is love dudes! :)
I think I'm falling for this girl it scares me.

Think of it the other way round, would you fall in love with a guy if he was your bestfriend and he was really hot? I know i couldnt fall in love with my girl friends, its just not possible, you can love your friends but you cannot fall in love with them if you are not attracted to the sex they are
