Is it possible for a biological woman (or an FTM) to become pregnant by an MTF?

Obviously the woman or FTM would need to have functioning womb and ovaries and the MTF would need to be able to produce children

I think you answered your own question...

If you're asking if transmen and transwomen have their own biological children, the answer is yes. Some do. Do some have children together? Yes, some do.

Your logic is a bit flawed unless they have only taken testosterone/ estrogen for a short time. All sperm production ceases in the MtF after about a year or so of treatment and in the FtM the ovaries/womb go into a state of suspended animation unless the FtM decides to get off of hormones for a while like Thomas Beatie. In the end it is possible only if the MtF has been on hormones for less than 3 months or so (sperm production ceases after 3 months and they become permanently sterile after about one year)

Unfortunately, my gaydar isn't functioning. But I don't believe that an FTM can get pregnant by an MTF. I mean yes, the FTM can still have a functioning womb and have the semen doner. Unless like others have said, they are taking hormones, or have had a genital change.

under a very specific set of circumstances yes it is BUT it is highly unlikely. I couldn't get anyone pregnant and most pre-op ftm's i know are not capable of conceiving a child either. take me (mtf) and a ftm friend of mine. we have both been on HRT (hormone replacement therapy) for 5 years, we both are pre-op (we have all our bits and pieces) there is no way in hell we could produce a child even if we were to stop HRT. after two or three years of HRT the baby factory closes down for good and all the workers are laid off.

if the FTM and the MTF are both pre-op then it could be possible in some cases, if either one is post-op then no.

me, i can not get pregnant, nor do i have the ability to impregnate someone else. ( lets just say, i don't have the balls to do that )

Provided that the transwoman hasn't been rendered sterile and/or impotent by oestrogen therapy or surgery, and provided that the woman or transman has a functioning womb and ovaries, Yes, it's perfectly possible.

Many transsexual women have fathered children.

Certainly, if they went off hormones. An FTM cannot conceive while taking hormones.

Yes. as long as all the parts are functioning it is possible though I would imagine hormone treatment would make it more difficult.

WTF???? A biological woman can get pregnant if the male produces sperm. Assuming the MTF can still produce sperm, arent' the twig and berries gone? How do we get the sperm into the woman (especially if the woman is a FTM). If a FTM or MTF were physically capable of pro-creating, they are probably too emotionally F'ed up to do it properly, they could only produce a BTSUCA (Baby to screwed up child and adolescent)

It's whats on the inside that counts. All you need is sperm and egg.
